With a 25-year career that bridges the corporate market and the cultural sector, I have dedicated the last 15 years to transforming the artistic landscape as the Secretary of Culture at the Cesgranrio Foundation. My work encompasses scriptwriting, curation, project management, and organizing large-scale events, both nationally and internationally.
Throughout this period, I have directed over 220 projects that not only democratized access to the arts across the state of Rio de Janeiro but also allowed for an in-depth analysis of the cultural impact on education.
My experience includes directing tribute ceremonies for icons of Brazilian culture such as Fernanda Montenegro, an Oscar-nominated and International Emmy-winning actress, Nathalia Timberg, and Antônio Fagundes, and collaborating on texts for presentations by Lázaro Ramos, Zezé Motta, Christiane Torloni, Marcos Caruso, Cláudia Raia, Eduardo Moscovis, and Irene Ravache, among others.
In 2021, I assumed seat number 9 at the Brazilian Academy of Culture, where I currently serve as Director and have the honor of working alongside numerous national personalities, including Glória Pires, Alcione, Fátima Bernardes, Zeca Pagodinho, Lilia Cabral, Liniker, and Daniela Mercury, among many others.
I am the author of three books and the scriptwriter of six theatrical plays and audiovisual productions, some of which are for the web.
Before my immersion in the cultural sector, I spent a decade as the International Sales Manager for Sofitel hotels in South America, participating in over 40 international trade missions and organizing events in the European market. This international experience, combined with my academic background — with MBAs in Marketing and in Cultural Management and Policy, both from FGV-RJ, as well as a Master's in International Policy Management from PUC-RIO — provides me with a strategic and global perspective.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I have also been sharing my knowledge as a Cultural Production professor at Cesgranrio College for six years.
My career is marked by over 930 media mentions, reflecting the recognition and relevance of the projects I have conceived. I am always seeking new opportunities to apply my expertise in challenging and innovative environments, contributing to large-scale cultural and social development, while remaining attentive to the dialogue between the corporate market and creative processes.
